About Mountainville Car Wash

Mountainville Car Wash is one of the car washes listed in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The business is registered at 1929 S 5th St, Allentown, PA 18103; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

In Allentown, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Pennsylvania, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.

With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 67 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for car washes in Allentown. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Allentown is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Allentown is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

To the owner: you have NO phone number listed publicly or at your car wash locations. Your change machine on 13th and Allen took my money and I have NO way of contacting you. Hence the review. Today 5/6/26!!!

Stole my money. Put in 5$ bill and didn’t work! No contact number for this place either.

My favorite place to clean my car. Drive thrus at other places always miss spots for me so I like doing it myself. Arguably a bit expensive/ kinda a pain in the ass because it only takes cash, but it's ok. My family has been going here for 30 years. I like all the options and the spray pressure is great. The owner is a friendly guy and seems respectable.

Clean and well kept. Bays were recently modernized with new equipment and change machines. No automatic washes. Self wash only. There are plenty of vacuums as well as spaces to dry/detail.

This car wash you put your money select the degreser and it takes like 7 to 10 some times a little more seconds to start spraying tha degreser you can't wash your atvs and if you do they want you to wash the bay for them and if you have a low rider car don't even think that you can drive thru with those big speed bumps its not what it used to be

Whoever the owner is takes care of this facility. It's very reasonable and the equipment works well. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating is the patrons. Much more often than not, it attracts customers that rudely blare their stereos (despite signage not to) and they will take up time in a wash bay forever rather than using the cycle and moving vehicle out of bay to designated area to finish up their details; courteous, they are not.

Decent touchless, bay-based car wash where you wash your car yourself. Unlike higher end spray washes, the water isn't heated, but it still works out well. The wash bays have instructions for credit/debit card readers, but they don't actually have card readers, so bring your quarters. There is a quarter machine under the yellow awning toward the middle of the building in case you didn't bring your own.
